The purpose of this book is to show students how to write 8 to 9 band score answers by guided practice. This e-book includes 2 interactive model answers and 2 practice tests to enable students to improve their knowledge and awareness of the vocabulary and sentence structures of band 9 model answers. Students complete the interactive model answers and write an original answer of their own, then they compare their own writing with the teacher's band 9 model answer in the answer key. The paragraph format of the answers written in this book reflect the Official Cambridge IELTS writing marking criterion, which is the model students should aim to re-create in the IELTS writing test. All materials in this book were written by the experienced IELTS teacher, Mr. Alfred Wilde (M.A.) who formerly worked as an IELTS teacher at the Official Cambridge IELTS Partner, IDP Education, teaching students how to increase their IELTS exam scores using specialist IELTS test preparation techniques.

ALFRED WILDE is a native speaking English teacher from England with over 20 years teaching experience in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Alfred is also a very experienced IELTS teacher, who worked for many years for the Official Cambridge IELTS Partner, IDP Education, specialising in teaching students how to increase their IELTS band scores using specialist IELTS test preparation techniques. Alfred graduated from Manchester University and has a Bachelor Degree in English Laws and a Masters Degree in English Language Teaching. He currently teaches IELTS courses and English for academic purposes to university students.
