About this ebook
It’s a hellaciously hot day in Minneapolis and all Thom wants to do is enjoy his ice cream and forget about the stacks of essays waiting for him back in his stifling apartment. Until he meets Gerry, a kilted, tattooed Welshman. The conversation is smooth and the attraction immediate, but Gerry is only in town for the night and isn’t down for anything quick and forgettable. When they meet again, hours later, Gerry knows there’s something in the air and all bets are off. Including his kilt.
Schuyler L'Roux
A Southern boy deeply proud of his Welsh heritage, Schuyler L’Roux is a writer who passionately believes in the power of sex—funny, world-changing, scratch-the-hell-out-of-my-back sex. He’s a new author and cannot wait to join the world of erotica with his own brand of thoughtful characters engaged in meaningful interactions and entertaining situations. With lots and lots of sex, of course. When he’s not traveling, Schuyler currently calls Germany home.

Author’s Notes
Here’s hoping Thom and Gerry both find what they want and need. Their story’s not over yet.
Chapter One
Thom dragged the back of his hand across his forehead, whipping the collected sweat onto the sidewalk. Minneapolis was not supposed to be this hot. But in July anything was possible. Which was why the dark-haired Italian was camped outside Sebastian Joe’s Café on Franklin Avenue, eating the best ice cream in the city.
He was not built for that kind of heat, though he was built to show off during it. The crisp line of Thom’s red-and-gray tank top accentuated broad shoulders filled with the tightly defined muscles of a swimmer. His tongue licked a swath of Oreo ice cream from his waffle cone.

His tongue froze in mid-reach when a figure turned the corner, framed perfectly by Thom’s aviators. He was easily as tall as Thom’s six feet, with a buzz cut of vibrant orange hair. His thick shoulders were enough to draw attention, but what captured Thom was the kilt. Red and blue crosshatches; the kilt swung just above the guy’s white knees. Below the left knee draped a sleeve of swirling black ink.
The man almost ran into Thom’s table but stopped himself in time by putting a hand on the green plastic. Sorry about that,
he said, clearly not American with a simple melody to his voice.
No problem,
said Thom.
The guy smiled, flashing beautiful teeth surrounded by pink lips and a square, clean-shaven jaw. His shades were as dark as Thom’s, but Thom had no doubt they hid eyes just as beautiful as the
