It’s been a month now since I've seen you or our daughters face, to me it felt like an eternity. I’ve been wandering across the land, trying to find a way to escape this pain that I feel for not protecting you like I promised I’d do. All I bring with me is the pelt that you gave me and my spear. I’ve survived this far by sheer will and determination. I would like to see you again beloved but,I must live on for you and our daughter, so that when I see you both again I can read you these journal entries so that you can feel alive again.
