    Introduction

    Whenever a book is read on personal growth, the reader is seeking for insight and applications which would be effective when they are implemented into their lives. The reader is looking for something to assist them, something to help them bring forth the personal growth that they seek. If what they are seeking is not found within the book, the reader would find their questions to remain unanswered and themselves continuing to be stagnated with an inability of going any further than where they were before reading. Furthermore, the reader completes the book with their expectations not met, continuing to feel uninformed, and that their reading resulted in nothing which could contribute to their personal growth.

    This common occurrence of readers not finding what they sought for in books has taught me that when writing a self-help book, it must be understood that everyone has their own makeup and there are no two people alike. It must be understood that everyone has separate and distinctive
