End Your Stress By Living The Meditation Life - Sherry Gibson

    Meet The Author

Sherry Gibson lives in central Florida with her husband and 3 beloved dogs, who are looked after with all natural health remedies and diets. She is a woman who has lived the natural approach to a life of well-being and extends that to those she now helps through her professional work.

Having worked for many years in a stressful position within a large corporation, Sherry was diagnosed with a life threatening condition. To compound the problem the medicines which were supposed to help her had serious side effects, including blindness.

She decided that the risks were not worth it and embarked on a life changing path, shunning conventional medicine and pursuing a different road. Having always had a passion for, and expert knowledge in Yoga, meditation and natural health, she used these mediums to enhance her life, improving it beyond recognition.

Having seen the difference it had made to her own situation, Sherry then decided to help others who find themselves in a similar position, making it her life goal to improve their lives through positive thought and action.

Sherry has since added another string to her bow, as she has become an author and moved into the world of writing. Her new book, End Your Stress By Living the Meditation Life: 7 Secrets(You Wish You Knew), will be a useful addition for anyone’s library, who is keen on alternative therapies and mindfulness.

I just wanted to keep a little mystery and suspense...read on, you'll soon find out what will help you manage stress and put an end to suffering from it. Trust me.

This book has been written for you and people just like you, who have struggled to cope with stress at some point in their lives. They may not have known they were stressed, and if they did it is more than likely that they thought it would be a passing phase and would just ‘go away’ almost as quickly as it had arrived. But most often that doesn’t happen and a desperate cycle begins, where one bad habit leads to another and so forth, until the person is so far into decline that there seems to be no hope.
