If you are interested in building your financial future through real estate investing using rental properties, this is for you! Follow what she teaches carefully, and youcan also succeed! – – The Editor
Sample quotes from this Two-in-One
book:
***For as long as I can remember, I’ve liked old houses. It always hurt me to see a house abandoned and falling into ruin. I could save those little old houses and either rent them or sell them! I had an idea. I could do this. Although, of course, I had no idea how to go about doing things…. Fortunately, I had an aunt who had been buying and rehabbing little old houses for years after she was widowed and then retired. She had accumulated almost a hundred properties, and she was making more money than she knew what to do with! With her help, and by learning through doing (fools rush in where wise men fear to tread), I developed a fun and successful business (in addition to my regular job). God has greatly blessed me, and I hope to share with you the keys to how to undertake what can become a rewarding and lucrative hobby
. It’s important to do what you love and to love what you do.
***It doesn’t matter how well you paint or what outstanding tradespeople you hire if your price isn’t right. Given enough time and money, almost anyone could scrabble together a good product. The important thing is to consistently produce good products at consistently good prices. Yes, saving little old houses is rewarding, but it’s much more rewarding to make a nice profit….

INTRODUCTION to BOOK ONE
So, you’ve realized you need more money. Maybe retirement is creeping closer (those pesky birthdays have a way of causing that), or maybe you’ve found yourself on your own due to death or divorce. I hear ya! I’ve been there. When I suddenly, unexpectedly, found myself single, with 3/4s of the family to support on 1/3 of the income, I was, naturally, quite concerned. What, I thought, can I do in addition to my regular job? Yes, we can always tighten our belts a bit, but that works only so far. It’s not enough to be frugal; generating more income is essential. I thought, what’s the one thing that’s always going to be needed, in demand, and there’s no more of? Real estate. Land. God made only so much. People are always going to need places to live. Not everyone can afford to buy a new house. For various reasons, people rent instead of buy. And lots of people can’t afford big, fancy, new places. Ah ha! I had an answer.
