      This book isnt real estate investing.. it's whole sailing And more salesman gimmick than a tried and true approach to building wealth.

      Pretty good, slightly oversimplified. He have some good topic discussion, and goes a bit into some of what to look for and what procedures or general guidelines in order to utilize method in book.
