Author’s Note: This is a story about Susan, a teacher at Randall College who has lived an impeccable life and she placed a high value on her job. She would be considered conservative and dressed that way so as to present a professional appearance to her students. In book one, she let her guard down and now a student is determined to make her pay a price for her mistake.

Susan had driven home in a complete daze after the session with Kaz in the public picnic shelter. Like yesterday, she rushed up to the master bedroom and quickly showered in a vain attempt to cleanse her body of any wrongdoing.

Her mind was in turmoil all evening, as she tried to hide her adulterous affair. Surely Jay can see that there was something wrong, Susan thought every time she looked at her husband. She had contemplated telling Jay all about Kaz, but suddenly the idea did not seem very appealing.
