Here is where the story begins: Patrick had always wanted to work on a ranch. There was something about ranching that had always caught his fancy. The rugged men that did it fascinated him. He had always looked up to ranchers, the independent lifestyle, living in the country. Never mind that Patrick had never been all that big. In fact, he was quite small, slim, and almost girlish. He had small hands and feet, and had never really grown much body hair, and since he was blonde, what hair he did have was more like a soft light fuzz.
