I am a Native American and I was born on a Reservation. I am descended from a Sioux Father and a Choctaw Mother. I have been married to My Beautiful Wife for twenty years and our marriage has produced four children. Ever since I found my alcoholic healing, I have been on a journey to become what I want to be and not what has resulted from unfocused and undirected mental activity. I have a growing passion for self-improvement knowledge and it's proper implementation. I am a devoted family man and I am a firm believer in self-healing. Never let anyone tell you that it cannot be done. Faith is the Ability to see the Invisible and Expectation is the result of Believing and Understanding.

Drunken Indian
A Self Healer’s Guide to Sobriety
Table of Contents
Foreword
Chapter 1 – How I Healed Myself
A very quick overview of my drinking habits, how my life fell apart, and the circumstances which lead me to be cured. Many negative events and behaviors were left out, because I did not want to lose focus. Primarily, because this is not a novel, this is technically a self-help guide for alcoholics. The sad story of my drunken life is just one more added to a mountain of others. I considered it more important to explain how I acquired my cure than to make others cry.
Chapter 2 – Explanation and Rules
An effort to explain the process of healing in a simple way and to encourage maintaining a course of action until success is achieved.
Chapter 3 – Instructions and Examples
A step by step process on how to install a sober self-image.
Afterword
Foreword
I was an alcoholic for many years. I started young and it took a while for my life to fall apart. I have no illusions about how bad it was. I know what I went through and I have an expanding awareness of what I put others through. The others being the people that I love and care the most about. My Family. My Wife and My Children.
When you are an alcoholic, you never suffer alone. Never. Your family suffers right along with you. It is a collective depression, even if you are the only one drinking. I believe that alcoholism is a disease. Or that at the least, it expresses itself as a disease. I also believe that the source is in the mind and I believe that your focus should be there. However; you will have to work for it. There is no free lunch in this world. It is your mind and no one can heal it for you.
I know that you can heal yourself of this addiction, because I did it. I found that healing and I found it without AA or professional assistance. I am Sober and I
