It's my first time out of my hometown and here I am in who knows what kind of country with a rifle strung low across my, lately, too lean stomach hoping that the people from the refuge camp that we are herding towards where the medics are set up are exactly who they seem to be (poor and in need) and not terrorists wired to take our young lives.
