About this ebook
How to Train Your Voice Instantly!
In a world...where your voice totally matters - what do you do if you don't have the sexiest voice, the most commanding voice, the most articulate voice...or are simply not happy with the voice you have?
There is a myriad of reasons to why you would want/need to have a better voice, such as...
* You want to be listened to more instead of falling on deaf ears by other people who can't understand you or can't stand the sound of your voice.
* You want to have a better voice for occupational reason if you're a singer, actor, speaker, etc., in order to get ahead professionally.
* You want to have a better voice to attract the ladies or gentlemen and make more friends for a thriving dating and social life.
* You want to overcome speech impairments that are causing you to stutter or mispronounce your words and creating all sorts of problems for you.
* You want to always feel confident knowing you can walk into any room and command attention with a voice that conveys power and is music to people's ears.
Are you familiar with the proverbial saying "it's not what you say, but how you say it" and how your actual words only make up "7% of communication"? Well, your voice makes up a remaining majority of that.
Thus, how you come across to those around you is determined by your voice, even more so than appearance. Have you ever witnessed a person who didn't' have the polished look, but the second they started talking you became in "awe" by the spellbinding sound effect they had...while the opposite could be said for somebody who looked like a million bucks but didn't have the million-bucks voice to go with that appearance.
You certainly can retrain your voice to give it more control in how you want it to sound from tone, pitch, volume, and even accent by doing a series of vocal training exercises.
Within "Instant Voice Training":
* How to bring your voice forward via doing "mouth pull-ups" to unleash your dynamic, vibrant powerful voice.
* How to determine the type of voice you have and the best approach to calibrate it for best utilization.
* How to apply singing techniques to your speaking voice to propel your vocal projection to a whole new level.
* How to practice sustaining sound control when speaking for long periods of time so you don't damage your vocal cords.
* How to perform the breathing muscle "push up/release out" technique to allow more air intake for clearer articulation with resonance.
* Plus, custom practical "how-to" strategies, techniques, applications and exercises on how to improve your voice.
...and much more.
Imagine being able to go anywhere knowing that you can speak up whenever you want with a voice that people will listen to and accept what you have to say because you're so eloquently articulate. That's what having a golden voice will do for you.
Your voice is the ultimate weapon in your arsenal. It can move mountains.

Reviews for Instant Voice Training

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I’ve been into the Voice Acting Business for a couple years now chasing my childhood dream of being one and am still getting off the ground, so I’m always looking for ways to improve. I decided to give this a read for the price and was not disappointed by the contents. Before I found myself a tutor I was relatively self-taught and do wish that I had this as a resource back then to help me find my footing a bit quicker.
One of the first things the book teaches is your voice type, which is always a good thing to know. I personally am naturally someone who speaks through the chest and diaphragm, causing my voice to articulated but can get a little loud and carried away. I have a poor “indoor” voice” as a result.
Immediately the book delves into a number of exercises to help with breathing and control, some of which are similar to what I was taught to do to control that powerful voice of mine that I mentioned.
To top it off the book includes throat health, involving what types of food and drink to avoid and consume to get the maximum efficiency from your voice.
Overall it’s an amazing resource for the price tag and an incredibly quick read that won’t take too much of your time to get through. I would recommend to anyone who is pursuing a career that involves their voice or is just looking to strengthen their communication skills. - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5As a professional voice over artist, I found this book very insightful. I'm always looking for new and interesting ways to improve the quality of my voice and 'Instant Voice Training' definitely has a lot to offer. I found the warm-ups to be very straightforward/easy to perform and the techniques for boosting my confidence when speaking in public are gold! I particularly loved the 'Mouth Pull-Ups' as it was a very useful technique in loosening my jaw in preparation for a lengthy script. In addition to the plethora of vocal exercises this book has to offer, it also hits the nail right on the head when it comes to advising proper nutrition and care for your vocal chords/throat.
All-in-all, the information I gained from reading this will stay with me forever. Not only was it worth the dollar I spent, but it even showed me how to improve my career! This quick read helped me strengthen the talent I already had and introduced new strategies into my warm-up. I definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to improve the quality of their voice quickly and effectively, for whatever reason! - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5¡Excelente material! Directo al grano. Muy práctico. Totalmente recomendado para cualquier persona que quiera mejorar rápido su emisión vocal.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This voice training book is a ‘how to’ book focusing on techniques that will help to strengthen one’s ability to speak with confidence and thus hold attention as well as being an effective communicator. Most of the book focuses on the physical element of breath control, and builds its case on how better control of breath, can lead to better control of speaking and thus communication. There are a series of detailed exercises laid out that you can easily take and use on a regular basis. The central theme of breathing from the diaphragm vs nasal, head or chest, is physiologically accurate and so the book spends 90% of its focus trying to help the reader be able to speak while carrying breathing support from the diaphragm.
This book would be targeted for an individual who has never been exposed to any type of vocal training. As breath control is one of the core components of vocal train, this book does a great job in laying some foundational practices to build upon later. If you have spent significant time in vocal training, you may find that the book is focusing just on the breathing components but not necessarily other elements that impact vocal tone such as muscle tension, placement, etc. However if you are looking for a place to start your vocal training, this book provides a solid foundation for breathing exercises that will not only help with vocal tone, but can be built upon later. - Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5There are nuggets of truth in this book, but you have to work incredibly hard to find them. There are fundamental misunderstandings about how the voice works, which leads to advice that is at best redundant and at worst harmful. Skip the instant quick fixes.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I went to many classes, and spent many hours on learning information just like this. This book is very important to anyone who is looking to be a professional speaker, or wants to sound better. Trust me, those who do these exercises in the long run, especially the one with the book on your stomach, will speak better and feel more confident in their voice.
