I could remember everything. It was like my memories had buried themselves deep down in my brain, but had started to resurface. They all came back at once. They hit like a violent smack to the head and for a moment I was left spinning. I couldn’t believe what I was remembering. It didn’t seem real, even though it all made complete sense.
