About The Author

I dedicate this book to the people who love darkly. They chase, the capture and they devour their loves. They give their special someone(s) their all and love them with a single-minded intensity that is almost scary.

Chapter 1:

Qarinah could feel it; he was close to coming. His body had tensed up and his grip tightened on the flesh of her ass. She rode him roughly in the tool shed, her arms wrapped around his neck and her legs wrapped around his waist. He mumbled something in her ear to the effect of, That’s right, girlie. Take what you want. And she had to smirk to herself by his ear. She surely would be taking what she wanted soon enough.

She couldn’t wait to be finished with this one. He was repugnant, and not because he was fucking her in a dusty, moldy toolshed. She could smell the incurable human sickness rolling off him in waves. And he liked younger girls. When Qarinah approached him in the form of one, he was all but happy to bring her to a secluded place and put his hands all over her from the start. She could only imagine how many young girls he’d infected with his disgusting disease. But she would be the last one.

He finished, coming inside of her with a mighty roar, and grabbing at the long blonde hair she’d chosen to crown herself with. A few more thrusts, and he pulled out of her. His sickened seed spilled down her thighs and he smiled wickedly at her. You’re a little bad girlie, aren’t you? He asked lustfully.

Qarinah gave him her own smile, which darkened menacingly. Oh you have no idea. His eyes widened at her features and the change in her voice. Qarinah’s teeth and claws elongated into razor sharp points and before he knew what was happening, the sweet little girl was tearing his throat from his neck.

Blood sprayed over the wooden walls of the shed and the sound of his screams bounced off them. But no one would be able to save him in time, if they heard. She sucked the blood from his skin, then stripped the remainder of meat from his bones. Then she absorbed his soul like one would suck a milkshake through a straw. When she was finished with him there was nothing left but a pile of black, cursed bones on the floor.

His soul energy infused Qarinah’s cells, lengthening her lifespan by years. She dressed in her bloody clothes and changed her physical form to that of an old woman. She stepped outside of the shed, not bothering to survey her surroundings for any eavesdroppers. If anyone tried to interfere, she’d be absorbing their soul next.

The day was bright and beautiful; the warm sun kissed her veiled old flesh. Qarinah set her path and began to move. Her legs pumped like pistons as she ran through the streets, faster than lightning and smoother than a dolphin. It was nearly impossible for a human to see her run at this speed.
