About this ebook
Remember The Sabbath Day: Holy Day
Henry hustles to earn enough money to buy a homestead, but Ruth realizing Henry’s failing health grows impatient. Having saved every penny she’s earned working at the restaurant since she was fourteen, Ruth plans to purchase her family farm back and wants Henry to bid for her at the auction. Feeling inept as a provider and working his fingers to the bone, Henry takes offense and refuses to help her. Amos agrees to bid for Ruth, but together, the women form a plan to resolve all issues. Henry learns wisdom gleaned from The Fourth Commandment in this story.

HOLY DAY
Remember the Sabbath day by keeping it holy. Six days you shall labor and do all your work, but the seventh day is a sabbath to the Lord your God. On it you shall not do any work, neither you, nor your son or daughter, nor your male or female servant, nor your animals, nor any foreigner residing in your towns.
