    It was always warm in her mother's kingdom, any chill breeze was unwelcome in the land of summer, but that amiability of climate did was not universal. It still rained, and as there were no weathermen here, it was easy to get surprised by it. Today, Ty had been caught by a great matriarch of thunderstorms. Fortunate enough to be resting in the shade of a pavilion when the storm had crashed into the countryside, she had avoided being soaked so far. The wind was blowing fiercely though, and even in the very center of the building's footprint, she was still vulnerable to the occasional sudden gust.

    She wondered silently to herself if trying to wait out the storm was the right call. Back home, in the normal human world, a storm like this never lasted for more than a few hours.
