Words from the River Mother Ganga

About this ebook
One must really find an opportunity to visit Rishikesh and Gangotri to get the blessings of Mother Ganga and know and learn the true value of Yoga wherever you are in the world. This book is all about bringing that awareness of these great places and the great wisdom.
The learning and experiences from Vipasana Meditation (Buddhism), Yoga from great masters like Swami Atma Ji, Vipin Prasad Baloni and Gangesha Chaitanya from Rishikul Yogshala at Rishikesh and the experiences through Yoga while visiting cities and countries and discussing with people from different culture and facets hve helped to know more about the true value of the Indian traditional Wisdom of Yoga. Based on that learning, practices and experiences all these lines were coined at the foot of Mother Ganga every morning. The last part of the book ‘Who Am I?’ was written at Gangotri after visiting Gomukh - the origin of Mother Ganga. With deep humbleness and the blessings of Sundaranand Swami Ji, it is a joy to offer this book to all of you on the First International Yoga Day - 21st June 2015 to honor all great yogis who have carried this wisdom to us so far and ultimately by surrendering this book to the lotus feet of Mother Ganga. Blessings and Shivoham..!

Hari Om..! Sathyam Shivam Sundaram.!!!
Namaste. I am the River Ganga and happy to meet you all. Blessings to all of you here from Rishikesh..! As I always touch upon many people as I flow it’s a pleasure to meet you all through these words from Gomukh where I get birth every time and keep flowing life after life. On my journey from Gangotri to Rishikesh in the search of directions and crossing all the beautiful mountains and valleys I finally reach to the land where I always nourish myself with energy and offer my blessings to all Rishis, Yogis and all people who meet me specially in these places. I have always shared my words to these people when they visit me. Now I would share these words with you while one is searching for a meaning and answer to know oneself through the wisdom what great yogis and Rishis have given to my land for a purposeful living with harmony and peace. I am pleased and happy that such great Yogis are living in this era and one of such a great living Yogis is Swami Sundaranand, an artist with the lens visited me in Gangotri in 1948. He is a true 90 year old living Yogi who is the direct disciple of Swami Tapovan Maharaj and co-Disciple of Swami Chinmayananda. He has captured
