I am writing in remembrance of a dear and very special woman of God, that the Lord Himself hand chose to put in my life as an intercessor, voice of wisdom, and to be my spiritual mom in the truest sense of the word. I had the awesome pleasure of meeting Ms. Barbara in 2001. She has literally been in my life ever sense as all of the above. So many times she shared her visions and dreams with me, and the insight that the Lord had given her concerning them - Not knowing that one day they would be put into an inspiring book of encouragement to seek the Lord; and know that he is showing you something - that he wants to reveal a facet of himself or give a glimpse of His vast knowledge. After hearing the visions over the years and their interpretations , when I read the book what blessed me was the scriptures that the Holy Spirit gave her for each vision. You just know that it is from the Lord. I would like to end by leaving this with the reader of Parables of Light: This woman of God, Ms. Barbara Davis is the true deal. She loved the Lord Jesus Christ with all her heart, and was truly a woman of prayer. It was holiness or nothing. This world had nothing to offer her at all.
