About this ebook

This volume deals with repentance from dead works and faith towards God. It is written with only one goal in mind, to help the reader to learn something about the elementary teachings of Christ that will enhance their Christian life. If you at least learn one thing that helps you in your walk with God, this book would have been worth the effort. For those who are blessed with more knowledge, please bear with my limitations and go through the entire material, at least. Then you could correct what needs to be corrected in the light of scripture and in the context of the entire book.

    FORWARD

There is the needed call for spiritual maturity because it is our surest guarantee to spiritual authority. Now, just like any responsible parent, God expects His children to rise up to the place of maturity so they take on responsibilities as people of authority representing Him.

No one is born a spiritual giant, that’s true, yet it is still unfortunate that we have many Christians today who have refused to grow into maturity after many years of regeneration. As it is physically so it is spiritually that when we are born as babies we learn over time to talk, crawl, control our bodies, walk, eat, etc. until we can stand on our own. It is a life guiding principle that we must grow at a certain time in life. And one of the early signs of spiritual maturity is when we start loving the meat of the word of God.

Children don’t know how to differentiate what is good for their bodies and what is not, however when matured you know that not everything sweet is good for the body. Children are easily carried away
