First, I would like to start off by saying that If you’ve quit smoking or you’re about to quit, then I guess congratulations are in order. Second, this book is meant to be the all-inclusive, go-to guide. Especially for those who have been failed by other books on this particular topic because they didn’t elaborate on anything or go into enough detail. Like a lot of other things, technology is ever-evolving and changing, so this is meant to be the new, two-thousand and fifteen guide. Now I won’t get into the legality, politics or Science of E-cigs all that much, but I will delve into the facts; the rest will be opinion based on from what I have personally learned through trial and error, and of course, research. Everything else will be anecdotal information. I will also keep things nice and simple and in plain English in effort to keep everything as straight forward as possible. I won’t bore you with details and I will try to keep this relatively short, as easily digestible and yet as informative as possible.
