It is a book for you . You will find explanations of what anger is, and what the connection to violence is. Reasons that men become angry, even violently angry are discussed. How culture and family can affect how a man might deal with anger are looked at. Levels of anger and how to understand what level of anger you reach is discussed as well as suggestions on how to deal with your anger.Recognizing, dealing with and most importantly healing your anger are addressed. Alternate ways to release the energy build up which is what anger really is, a huge burst of emotional an physical energy.
