A Conundrum of a Court Case.

About this ebook
As a lawyer you deal with all sorts of cases during your career and 99.99% of them are all very ‘run of the mill’ and nothing special. Then one case comes along which turns out to be very odd and seemed not to be capable of any rational explanation when I first took the client's statement.
At the outset and right through, I got the impression that it was almost as though a piece of a jigsaw is missing and not found. Although the picture looked complete, in reality I knew it was not.
For me the route was painful and embarrassing because I made a mess of it.
Justice was done in the end, not because of me but in spite of me.
None of the possible explanations seem to fit the facts -- not even the truth.
