About this ebook

Steena had no idea that her stupid sister would just drop her off in a parking lot...and then drive off. For pity sakes, if she would have known, Steena certainly would not have had dirty hair pulled back in a tail, nor would she have worn these these gawd-awful baggy-butt sweats. Pushing up her glasses Steena keeps her head down, and stomps up the gang-plank in worn out dollar store flip-flops.

Handing the dark haired attendant her ticket, Steena is greeted with, “Welcome aboard to Ouija Cruise Lines, my name is Keely. Come, let me show you to your room." Smiling at Steena, Keely opens the hall door and directs Steena down the long corridor towards her stateroom. "Steena, I want to assure you that you and I are going to become good friends.”

Pushing up her glasses in frustration Steena looks directly at this, this girl...Keely...and shouts, “Did my sister fix me up with you too? That is just so disgusting. If I wanted a date I could find my own girl.” As Steena follows the cruise-line employee down the narrow hall she grouses. “Shelly really has balls, first she drops me off without warning on this lesbian cruise, and then arranges a girlfriend for me. God! Who does that shit?”

Ella is an avid reader of romance stories. And if an author combines romance and humor in her books, Ella will scrounge the internet and buy everything they've ever written. However, sometimes when time is tight, Ella wants to read a good romance without all the frew frew fluff. And for God sakes, please no details about the foods they're cooking, eating, or looking at, which only makes Ella so hungry she has to stop reading to grab a snack. That's why Ella's novellas are short sweet lesbian interactions, they get to the point, combine romance with a dash of humor, some action, maybe adventure, and of course, Ella's favorite; she always get the girl!

    Chapter One

Steena Holk crosses her arms across her chest to show her bossy sister that she means business, and grunts through gritted teeth, I’m not going.

Get on the damn ship Steena.

Tax season just got over and I’m tired Shelly.

Ya, Steena, Shelly says with her hands on her hips. That’s exactly why I’m sending you on this vacation.

Honestly Shelly, Steena whispers in defeat, I’m really just too tired to go anywhere, much less on vacation. With tears filling her eyes, Steena wrings her hands, looks down at the stream of water collecting on the asphalt from the cars air conditioner and mumbles, Really Shelly, I just don’t want to go.

Hey, Shelly says a little too loud to get Steena to look up and meet her eyes. If Mom was alive she’d be forcing you to do this too Shelly strokes her sister’s arm. Steena. Honey. You’re exhausted. You look like hell. You haven’t been out with anyone for years. It’s not healthy. Do you really want to die old and alone?

Steena cocks her head narrowing her eyes at her sister. Ouch! You’re mean. Feeling her temper rise Steena spits out, Do you honestly think telling me I’m ugly, old, and boring, is going to make me want to go on some stupid singles cruise?

Stop it Steena. Grabbing her sisters arm, come on lets get you on board."

Not budging Steena glares down at her sister’s hand on her arm and shakes it off, Shelly, I don’t have any clothes with me, I don’t have my passport, and I don’t know have...

Popping the trunk button on her key fob, Shelly stomps to the back of the car, Here is a suitcase Steena, Holding out the handle.
