    Preface

Transcendental Rebirthing (TR) is a breath method, based on Pranayama techniques of ancient India. I consider TR to be one of the safest and most powerful personal development methods on the planet.

The purpose of this book is to push rebirthing one step further; to improve the method and adjust it to the needs of modern man.

This book can be used as an instruction manual on how to facilitate Rebirthing.

Over the years, my hobby has been collecting personal development techniques, both meditative and spiritual, and improving upon them. I believe I have made these methods quicker, easier, and safer. I have also created new methods, like Primordial Zikr, Scalar Pointholding, SuperConscious Meditation, etc.

To transcend means to go beyond the body, and operate consciously on a mental, and subconscious level, even accessing the super-conscious.

I do not consider rebirthing methods where conversation takes place, very effective. It is just another glorified psychoanalysis.

There are several varieties of rebirthing. Transcendental Rebirthing combined with other rebirthing methods, is a very powerful personal development technique, over

fourteen million people have safely used it.

During rebirthing workshops, deep inner cleansing occurs, allowing for integration, transformation and unfolding of your true potential. Childhood imprints and programming are often brought to the surface. It is also the fastest way to detoxify the body and to get rid of unwanted stress. A person can feel energized for days and occasionally for weeks. Full TR breath definitely increases your lung capacity. Rebirthing is highly recommended for expectant mothers, they use it, sometimes, right up to the last week of pregnancy. In addition, many midwives and hospital staff have greatly benefited from rebirthing sessions. They become aware of traumatic birth imprints, and the need to transmute these, so as not to transfer them to the next generation.

These blocked imprints and memories are not figurative. They are a permanent contraction of the muscles in certain areas of the body which have experienced trauma. This obstructs not only the body’s blood circulation, but also the circulation of chemicals and energy throughout the nervous system. The waste products elimination is also impeded. These blocked memories need a certain amount of the body's life force to keep them isolated. As we age, we require more and more energy to keep these memories hidden (what a waste!). However, eventually, we will have to face them, whether it is finally in death, when we sink into the subconscious. These blocked memories can translate, by the subconscious, into horrifying creatures and situations. What else could do such things to us? The Ego now walks through The Valley of Death.

In the old days, Shamans tended to people’s physical problems and spiritual needs. More recently, fakirs, yogis, and gurus are carrying the torch. Now, we have a Fifth Way, that of an Urban Shaman. This person inherits all useful knowledge from the previous four teaching branches, and rejects all unsubstantiated beliefs. The Fifth Way is based on scientific thinking and spiritual knowledge.

Aside from struggling to have real intent, the splitting of our mind creates an even greater problem; there is intent and Intent, thought and Thought. Our everyday intent and thought does not have much power because people think billions of different things, which creates a powerful, specific, human morphogenetic field, against which an individual person cannot fight. To have real Intent means to have the ability of 100% concentration of mind, and not to constantly have scattered thoughts. How can this be accomplished? Like anything else, with study and practice.

Beside this, there is an even greater problem. We are split into three parts. Our conscious mind has a persona, Ego (us), which thinks thoughts and pronounces words. It is lesser known that the subconscious has a persona (Self) also, which thinks with virtual three-dimensional live pictures 24 hours a day. Keep in mind that this inner subconscious world is the same size as the outer. If these two halves do not unite, there is no chance we can travel on a worthwhile path. The only road worth mentioning is towards the super-conscious.

Without uniting three (subconscious, conscious, super-conscious) in ONE, we can forget about understanding existence, Death and that which we call God. It may seem impossible to accomplish this in one lifetime, but not at all! Keep in mind that the super-conscious, which is infinitely powerful, can help us all the time, only if we would let it.

Understand one thing here, only a fleeting happiness can come from outside events. True happiness comes from inside of us. At first, our traumas are deeply buried and we are suffering subconsciously, this suppression can often manifest itself as physical illness, fear, and various phobias. Through TR, we bring up this subconscious suffering into consciousness, perceive them, change our attitudes towards them, and file them into a conscious memory.

Transcendental Rebirthing is a powerful way to increase your energy level past your normal limit. It is a known fact we tap the enormous energy in us in times of great danger. I recall an instance in Nasice, Croatia, where a tractor drove into a ditch and landed on the driver’s legs. A passing bicyclist grabbed the tractor on one end and lifted it until the man crawled out. When the police arrived, the bicyclist could not even budge the tractor, let alone lift it. Our body and mind are full of such surprises.

Chi, (rlung, ki, prana) causes all movement in the universe, including the motion of the stars and planets, all atoms and quarks, radiation from the sun, the patterns of our thoughts and emotions, and our heart beat. These all occur because of chi. Chi is the source of our life force and the animating factor in all living beings. TR creates a great amount of chi (prana).

Several years ago, I was at the Silent Ground Retreat in British Columbia, Canada, working as a volunteer and taking Chi Kung courses. One evening after doing energy exercises, I noticed there were thousands of mosquitoes. I was clothed from head to toe. The mosquito kept approaching my hands, but when they arrived within one inch, they took off. A couple of days later, we were doing the same energy exercises. This time, I sat on a patio deck and I took my shirt off. I was naked to my waist. The mosquitoes were swarming all around me, but not one would land on my body. I was playing with them by touching them with energy through my fingertips. I did it for more than an hour. It was amazing. We are fully capable of a higher energetic charge.

Chi holds our organs, glands, blood vessels and all other body parts in place and functioning properly. When the body’s chi becomes weak, our organs and even our cells, begin to malfunction, with ill health ensuing. At the time of our death, chi dissipates from the Ego level within three days. An indication of this happening is the skin turning a slightly yellowish green. The decomposition of the body has begun, and thus, bacteria, fungi and mold are doing their work. If the skin does not change color, a person is not really dead yet, even though there is no heartbeat or brain wave. Our ancestors knew not to bury a person before this time, for a person could still come back to life again. Sometimes the life force does not depart in the 3-4 day period. The longest case recorded was in Russia, where a woman with no life signs at all, came back after 17 days. Under normal circumstances, our chi (energy) body lasts only three to four days after our death. Our Mental (or Dream) body lasts roughly five to seven years after we die. THE SPIRIT BODY IS IMMORTAL.

There is a way to exercise our chi Body to make it as functional on an energy level as the physical body. This transfers the chi Body to a mental level, subsequently creating the Spirit Body, and transferring the chi and Dream Body into it. Lucid dreaming, Mutual Dreaming and dreamscape exercises are ways to make a Dream Body functional. Accessing the super-conscious is then possible.
