Randall King was slowly learning to be a hateful man.
He didn’t want to be. He wanted to go back to being normal-Randall who couldn’t even bear to flip bad drivers off, who always nodded along politely when his boss was being an idiot, and who didn’t swear when the printer jammed. Unfortunately, things had changed in Randall’s life. Now, he knew Stanley Hanning.
Stanley Hanning, who owned one of the biggest banks in town and flaunted it, and who was a complete pompous asshole that also happened to like getting hate-fucked into next week. Stanley Hanning, who apparently had a thing for boring-by-day office workers like Randall.

It was a losing battle.
He found himself keeping his appointment to meet with Stanley at six o’clock the Friday after their first harried affair. The parking lot was empty save for a beautiful jet-black convertible that had Randall scoffing. It was obviously Stanley’s car. It was ostentatious and grandiose, completely impractical and only purchased as a sign of affluence. Randall
