I. Introduction

Freedom and privacy are two integral aspects of meaningful human living and if political mischief, war and espionage intrude upon these tender aspects of human living, life in spite of material plenty (even if that could be ensured for the majority) become miserable. What is the meaning of living without freedom, without privacy?

Wars, dictatorial regimes including the so called Marxian Socialism, terrorism, racial and religious clashes have played havoc on human life and freedom from time to time and still these are common features of modern world. But the most horrible menace to human living now comes from the espionage endeavors, ironically, not from any communist or dictatorial regime, but from the professed greatest champion and crusader for democracy and freedom, the USA. The menace comes from the ubiquitous CIA (Central Intelligence Agency), aided by the ECHELON Project and IMINT (Imagery Intelligence) mechanism.
