About this ebook
Falling in love?
Courtney Grayson has been there, done that.
Men, who needs them? Love wasn’t everything she thought it would be. This time around, she’s doing things differently. She hasn’t sworn off men for good; she just isn’t interested in settling. Trusting someone with her heart again? Someday, but not today.
Falling in love?
Sorry, Clay Bradshaw is not the guy for you.
He’s never been in love and he doesn’t see it happening. Hooking up can be fun, but more often than not, women are a distraction he doesn’t need. He’s a busy man, and doesn’t have time to date, let alone fall in love. Will someone ever change that? There’s always a chance, someday.
Life doesn’t always go as planned, and love may find them both on the other side of someday.

- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/53.5 really. I loved this book until about half way through (maybe 60%). They're sweet. I like them as a couple. And I do understand moving on quickly from another relationship--if you're really done when it ends. But she was broadsided and surprised by the end of it, so I'm not sure she's really ready. And they do move slow"er" but that's still damned fast really. And she's a special snowflake for some reason--he sees her once and will change his views on relationships to have her and then the pretty, rich bachelor sees her once and needs her. It was a little much because other than being "nice" and "pretty" and "Honest" there's really nothing special about the girl. Nothing.
ALso, there were side plots woven in but they seemed to be a little fantastical and not really necessary to the book. - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Amazing! Really
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Courtney and Clay are like my new favorite book couple!!!Ms Heywood’s writing has a great way of putting me right into the book. I feel like I can connect with her characters easily and often I feel like I am losing a friend when the book is over. The Other Side of Someday was no exception! Courtney is having the worst day ever at the beginning of the book, but that worst day brings her to the happiest days. I appreciate that the day really seemed like something that could happen to me...in fact, a lot of it has happened to me, just not all on the same day. Once Courtney is feeling a little better about herself she goes to pay someone back and meets the man of her dreams, though he isn’t really in her dreams and she doesn’t even really know what to think, other than that he is super sexy and makes her feel okay. The story progresses in a way that I felt comfortable with and a way that could easily be real...and make me wish there was a Clay in my life!I love that there are several places where I felt myself really connecting with Courtney (and even the other characters some). Facebook, cell phones, garage sales, all things that have an everyday presence in my life as well. I appreciate that Clay isn’t super Alpha, but that he loves her and supports her even when she doesn't think she wants it. This book has just the right mix of humor and drama and was a really enjoyable read. I give The Other Side of Someday 5 out of 5 stars.
