I am a simple guy dealing with some complicated issues.I believe there should be no compromise when it comes to the Bill of Rights. People are supposed to be the focal point of our Republic.I now utilize the tenth amendment to state that the U.S. Government is unfit to remain in authority or represent justice. Per the tenth amendment, the will of the people is to come before anything to include special interest groups and political parties. We all have the right to have a government that represents us. This government clearly and openly does not.Every rights violation committed either by someone or something to include governments, is an act of war. There are many ways to attack others without the use of violence. I have been through and continue to endure that relentless experience myself. Such violations are often protected by law even though they are outside the purpose of government to begin with.Perception: Govt. is doing it's job taking care of disabled veterans.Reality: Veteran suicides at epidemic levels because so many being left without.Perception: EPA protects the environment and cares about our safety. If they say the water is safe to drink, it must be.Reality: Fracking is causing earthquakes and the people who consume the post processed water they are told is safe to drink, face severe physical health effects.Perception: If the government tells someone's family they committed suicide in jail, it must always be the truth.Reality: Sometimes someone paid someone else who could create the opportunity to kill the victim who is believed to have taken their own life. People use the government in this fashion to get away with murder all the time. No one looks for a killer when everyone thinks the victim did it to themselves. Easily, one of the cruelest and unjust forms of social selection.Perception: Money acting as free speech helps entrepreneurs advertise.Reality: Money unconstitutionally acting as a "legal" form of free speech is effectively silencing the voices of common people within both the advertising markets and the government.Perception: If the U.S. Govt. came into contact with E.T.s, they would tell the public about it. They have to, why wouldn't they? Reality: U.S. Govt has been aware of other advanced life for over 70 years. It was decided that such information would be kept classified and secret before Admiral Byrd could even return from the Antarctic Expedition known as Operation: High Jump. Around that time was when what was our once Constitutional Republic, first became compromised.

Explaining humanity's introduction into Warp Space, the Grazing Among the Cosmos series is dedicated to my Grandpa Louis, My Uncle Louie and my cousins Brian and Bradley.

I miss you all very much.

    Prologue

My baby! It's coming! Oh my god, it's coming! Belle screams rudely awakened from her sleep. She cramps up and spasms to the newborn as he starts kicking his way out. She is naked and alone in a plain room void of decoration; but, there are caretakers around that hear her cries. Belle leans up on her rubber cot, sweating profusely as she tries to catch her breath. Everything she needs to keep clean and stay healthy is within the room where she is kept as a prisoner against her will. A shower head, a sink with running water, a toilet and her place to sleep with little walking space.

The door opens and she sees one of her captors slither though. It is a scaly prismatic female reptilian dressed in medical attire whom stands up right and is just slightly taller on average than humans. Her skin is mainly darker green and her eyes an alluring gold. Belle has not come to terms with her recent change in living arrangements yet, even though she has been on board for over a year now. She did not see one until she was brought to a male. Belle thought they were beautiful creatures until they made her mate with a man that was not her husband.

Why are you doing this to me? Belle shouts at the nurse. Panting heavily, she waves her hand at the being who crosses their arms with a smile as she observes silently. Don't take my baby, please.

You know you serve us now dear. the nurse says with creepy intention dragging out each s. They speak their own language; but, also can understand English among others. It is not common for them to speak to humans though. Most of the humans on their ship are not educated enough to speak at all and are typically isolated in their own quarters.

How do I serve you stuck in this empty fucking room all the time?!? Belle asks furious in the heat of the labor. She is trying to resist the birth because of her fear of losing the baby. Belle knows she might not even get the chance to hold the child.

You are serving us right now. We appreciate the effort you make. she replies to Belle, following the statement by flickering her tongue at her. You will be alright, you will get through this.

Stay away from me. I just want to go home. You had no right to take me away! Belle tells her as she approaches. The baby begins to expose itself head first. No!

Do not fight it, you would not want to hurt yourself needlessly. the nurse instructs her as she stares into the rage of Belle's eyes, not intimidated by Belle's commands. Fluids spill out as the baby makes his way into his first moment of life.

My baby... Belle whispers before passing out from pain as she finishes the birthing process. The nurse receives and holds the baby. She addresses the umbilical cord and places the crying infant in a porcelain bowl with handles shaped for their hands. The nurse scoops all the placenta into the bowl with the squirming newborn and then sets it aside.

The reptilian adjusts Belle in her bed so that she is laid out properly. She takes a syringe already full with content and uncaps it. She sticks the needle in the closest rear cheek and pushes everything in. She wipes the spot she applied the shot and recaps her tool.

She returns to the crying baby who is kicking helplessly and getting louder upon seeing his observer. The nurse smiles down at him and lifts the dish he is in. She leaves the room and goes down the hall of the spaceship. The child's pleas echo though the corridors. She slides into an elevator and rides it up a couple of floors.

She enters a dining room where the Captain is waiting and is sitting with his family. They are all indulging on various goods while the plump Captain watches the nurse approach with anticipation. His place mat is emptied of the previous course and his tongue flickers around his lips. They make eye contact and she flickers her tongue back at him. She puts the bowl down in front of the Captain. He gazes down and smiles at the baby, who pauses his tantrum upon seeing him for a moment.

The nurse sighs for a moment before walking away. They do not say anything to each other while holograms are playing in the background. The illuminating visuals captivate the attention of the rest of his family through the crying fit. To them this is just another regular start to their daily cycle.

The Captain picks the fresh placenta-covered infant up and salts him vigorously. The baby screams from some of it falling into his eyes. He gives the child a quick lick before returning the baby to the dish. He picks up the dish and drinks all the birthing juices before his jaws click to unlock themselves. He expands his mouth as the slippery child follows the liquids. In a single motion, the Captain swallows the flailing baby whole and licks the porcelain almost clean when he is finished. The Captain grins as he returns his full attention to what he is watching. The newborn's screams become raspy and dampen out on his way into doom. He struggles helplessly in agony being plunged into the acids of the Captain's hungry stomach. The Captain rubs his jiggling belly and burbs loudly from satisfaction as he waits for the next one.

    No Place Like Home

Jordan! his wife yells from behind him on the way out to the parking lot. He is carrying the ice chest while she holds the folding lawn chairs.

Yes dear? Jordan replies to Stacy with a smile not bothering to look back.

You are going to need to work on catching fly balls with Jimmy. Stacy says with lower volume after catching up to him. Both of their boys are already waiting at the car after the little league game. The two of them have orange cream ice cream bars in their hands and are making a mess as they eat.

I know. Jordan says softly smiling at Jimmy, who winces at him with his fresh black eye before returning the smile.

Did it hurt? Steve asks his older brother about his eye between bites.

Want me to sock you so you can find out? Jimmy sneers back at his sibling.

Now that will be enough talk like that, young man. Stacy scolds Jimmy softly; but, harsh enough to make her point as she approaches the car and unlocks the back doors to let them in. Jordan loads the cooler into the trunk with the chairs, shaking his head and lightly laughing the whole time.

The Bricks' family car pulls into the driveway. It is a modest home and comfortable modern living. His house is a gray blue with white trim. The boys get out and rush inside through the backyard gate. Jordan unloads the car while Stacy follows the boys inside so she can get dinner started.

Tonight they indulge in T-bone steaks, potato salad and macaroni and cheese for dinner. The telephone rings as they prepare to conclude their meals. Steve rushes to the ringing device to answer it.

Hello? Hold on. Steve says with some undertone of disappointment. It's for you, Jimmy. Steve tells his brother while holding out the cordless phone.

Who is it? Jimmy asks him before swallowing his current bite.

Who else would call you? Steve answers him sarcastically. Thomas.

What's up? Jimmy says into the handset after swiftly jerking it from his brother's hand. Hold on, let me ask. Dad?

What is it? Jordan says as he wipes some steak grease away from his lips with a napkin.

Can I go spend the night at Tommy's? Jimmy asks his Dad innocently. Steve is invited too.

Really? Steve questions with a hint of excitement. He had never been invited before; but, has always wanted to go.

His parents are okay with this? Jordan asks thinking about it for a moment.

He wouldn't have offered if it wasn't. Jimmy answers him with an impatient look on his face. He frowns thinking his old man might come up with a reason to keep them home. C'mon, you're killing me here.

Sure, why not. Jordan tells his sons, Steve
