About this ebook

Allergies in children are the most challenging thing in parents and especially if the child cannot speak out what is bothering him. Food allergies can easily be controlled if the parent is more keen on what the child eats, but again when visiting somewhere in the absence of the parent, it again becomes a challenge to monitor what the child eats. Other allergies that come as a result of dust mites and pollen can also be tricky but in all situations, the idea is how to control and reduce the symptoms of allergies.
Controlling allergies or any diseases in children, starts by ensuring the immune system of the child is strong enough to fight back. Children with low immune system will often fall sick even at the slightest exposure to things like dust or cold. It is therefore very important to consider boosting the immune of your child right from conception by ensuring the mother feeds on a right diet and takes the supplements required for her and the unborn baby.
