About this ebook
Allergies in children are the most challenging thing in parents and especially if the child cannot speak out what is bothering him. Food allergies can easily be controlled if the parent is more keen on what the child eats, but again when visiting somewhere in the absence of the parent, it again becomes a challenge to monitor what the child eats. Other allergies that come as a result of dust mites and pollen can also be tricky but in all situations, the idea is how to control and reduce the symptoms of allergies.
Controlling allergies or any diseases in children, starts by ensuring the immune system of the child is strong enough to fight back. Children with low immune system will often fall sick even at the slightest exposure to things like dust or cold. It is therefore very important to consider boosting the immune of your child right from conception by ensuring the mother feeds on a right diet and takes the supplements required for her and the unborn baby. Then when the baby is born, exclusive breastfeeding is the easiest yet most natural method of boosting the immune of a child. It is therefore very important that the mother breastfeeds his child exclusively as a way of boosting the immune system of the child as well as feeding the child on a healthy diet.
The book gives an account of what causes the allergies in children and how best we can avoid or control the allergies in children. Allergies sometimes cannot be cured but the key thing is they can be controlled. A child can have a certain allergy which when controlled with the right diet will never hinder the growth of the child. We also look at the kind of food best for children with allergies and some of the major causes of allergies which most parents ignore yet they trigger the symptoms. Further we discuss the best way to boost the immune of your child and how much it can benefit your child. Did you ever know that tickling your child can boost his immune system?
