- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Iyanla connects with my soul.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This is a wonderful book. It does open up your sould day by day and it's sectioned beautifully to help you with the journey. It's also a great reference point when you need to go back to a certain concept and reapply it or help get new meaning. Highly recommend! I had been enjoying Iyanla's online series'when I started and this has been the perfect bow on top to drive some points home. I'll definitely be reading more of her work.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Looking for spiritual growth? This book will guide you well. In-depth sections on many spiritual stumbling blocks e.g. Trust/Truth/Forgiveness. Format is great, daily subject with concise synopsis/ thought for the day, affirmations and exercises based on daily reading. Gives encouragement to record personal reflections, a rewarding means of documenting progress. Can seem challenging to face many subjects hidden in long-lived denial, but worth the effort, a real life changer. I found myself that a strange yet very obvious synchronicity developed, between each daily topic and my day-to-day experiences.
