As the little storm in the story goes in search of courage, the children test the boundaries of their own limited existence. Lauren meets a woman with wings and Emma, the new child, escapes her tragedy for a precious few hours. Nobody dies or inherits a kingdom, but story time leaves them with hearts a little lighter and hopes a little higher.
