The raunchy comedy drama series features David Allen, a twenty four year old who has done very well for himself since graduating high school. With a lot of luck and help from his friends, David managed to fumble his way into a highly successful business that he started near the end of his junior year.
Now, six years later, David has a problem. A recent law passed by the state of Colorado now threatens his livelihood. The voters passed legalizing marijuana and his clients will no longer need his services in a few short months. David’s business is, ironically, still on the wrong side of the law.
Together with his girlfriend Lori and his best friend Chet, David tries to figure out how to become a legal pot dealer in the new world of Government bureaucracy and oversight. He knows how to maneuver around gangs and rival drug dealers. But can he keep his sanity while fighting large corporations trying to steal his special blend of pot, City Hall’s regulations that seem to change by the hour and bankers in suits?

Greetings! I've been writing since I was thirteen and had my first published work in a ninth grade short story contest. Since then I have been writing on and off over the years balancing family and career. The writing bug never left me and I started typing words to monitor consistently about seven years ago.Since then, I’ve written several books, none of them publishable. None of them readable. I think Stephen King said you need to write a million words before you can actually start writing. I’m probably close. My work is now readable. I’m currently working on a novel that I’m actually not embarrassed for others to read. I can read it a few weeks after writing it and not want to hang myself. However, that is not the book that got me suddenly interested in this series. So I have put that book aside for now to write this series. I'm really having fun with it and hope you will too.The problem is marketing the series. I'm not active in social media. No one is going to tell me to put my phone away because I’m checking in on Facebook somewhere. I’ve never checked in anywhere. I’m not really sure how to do it. It’s not that I’m technology illiterate. Far from it. I actually work in the IT industry and work on cutting edge technology all day long. But you know what they say, plumbers have leaky sinks and carpenters have squeaky floors. My wife constantly threatens to call the Geek Squad when the family computer is not working right. I keep telling her I won’t be insulted if she did. I worry that one of these days she will call my bluff.I have the latest iPhone. I’m typing this on a MacBook Air. I use technology all the time, but not social media. I keep saying I don’t know why, but I really do. I don’t think anyone cares to read anything I have to say. There I said it. My wife says it isn’t true but she is legally obligated to tell me that under the authority vested in our marriage license. All of this basically means I need help, serious help. I know how to write, but I don't know how to get this idea out to the public, but I know I will have fun figuring it out.

Authors Note
Want to help decide the fate of David Allen and his friends? I want to do a social experiment to see if the ease of digital publishing and the interaction of social media could create a synergistic relationship between you and me. Every four weeks, I’m going to release part of the story. Each volume would be around 10,000 words so it can easily be read in 30-45 minutes.
But it's going to be more than that. Using social media, you will be able to interact with the story in a way that can never be done before. You will be able to post feedback on what has been released and suggest what they would like to see in the future releases. Everything from character names, character traits, and even vote on story lines.
The goal is for me to provide the framework of the story. Obviously, the first volumes will need to be written before you can comment on them. So I will provide the first few main characters, the original setting and conflicts the characters will face as well as the voice to the story. You will provide your love and support as well as suggestions for future volumes.
I hope you have as much fun reading it as I have writing it.

Prologue
Has anyone ever told you that you have the craziest stories? Have friends told you that you should write a book whenever they hear your newest issue of the day? Do you often hear the phrase, I’ve never seen that happen before. If not, then I’m jealous. I will never know what it’s like to live a normal life. If you have, then you understand that there is nothing you can do to stop it. Nothing. Crazy is attracted to you like a moth to a flame.
Either way, I ask you to spend some time with me and my stories. Every few weeks, I will report on the latest uncontrollable crazies. I encourage you to curl up with your favorite eReader for an hour or so with a glass of wine, beer, a spliff or all of the above, and enjoy.

Chapter 1
I remember sitting in my high school guidance counselor’s office, senior year. He stared at me like he knew all the answers but now I know
