Introduction

Sexuality is a matter of great importance to all who wish to understand themselves spiritually, and for all those who are seeking a happier sex life.

You will find in the following pages a simple explanation of how to use your energy and channel it for other purposes. This is always done with a spiritual vision in mind that is based on years of research, contact with spirituality and the true masters who have transcended this world and used sexual energy in the right way, understanding the connection between the ego (human consciousness) and Atman (divine consciousness) and the importance of vibration in the process of enlightenment. The less you let your ego take control, the more enlightened you become.

Buddha also referred to the ego very clearly, saying it was: As a herder dominates the herd with his staff, preventing the animals from invading plantations, you must keep the utmost vigilance. You will never be free of the ego; the only thing you need to learn is how to control it.

Among the many ways that the ego uses to control us, sexual energy is one of the most powerful. This is because it manipulates us and imprisons us through this energy, the same way that our Higher Self can use it to set us free. Balance does not stay in any of the two extremes, but learns to walk between them with full consciousness. Control is dosing and giving vent to energy intelligently and not being swayed by the immediate satisfaction of your instincts.

Sexual energy is an instinctive energy that you are born with. You cannot escape it, but we can control it and use it wisely for our growth, or sublimate it, or use it for other purposes, such as works of artistic nature.

Most people are wasting the potential of creating this energy simply by not knowing how to use it. They either using it excessively and in a disorderly fashion, or suppress it altogether. How many people do you know who have a healthy sex life or know how to use energy wisely, even if they do not have a sexual partner? I imagine very few.

Talking about sex is still a taboo subject in our society – it is not as modern as it sounds, because religious thought is deeply rooted and in some cultures, it is still forbidden subject.

Imagine being able to experience the full energising potential it brings and be able to communicate your needs to your partner, listening to it without horrifying yourself.

There is nothing with greater potential to liberate humans or enslave them than sexual energy. It can set you free because it illuminates and brings peace. It is addictive because it enslaves and imprisons.

We come from a Christian culture that preaches sex as the number one sin, which blames it for the fall of humanity. These concepts are rooted in our unconscious.

All neuroses are sexually oriented. Suppression or misuse of this energy causes an uncontrolled psychological state. So why do we not look for energy without masking it? Why do we not have healthy ways to express it? Otherwise, if you don’t, this energy will cause you problems, some of which you have already experienced.

Much has been said about Eastern practices of releasing sexual energy, such as tantric. However, these practices do not serve the entire population, since a large section does not have the necessary knowledge, or does not have the partner, skill and fitness that they need. It would be unfair to reserve all benefits from sexual activity, tantric or not, to special people only. Special because they have a sexually compatible partner – and that nowadays is not very common – or because they belong to that special breed of people who have the knowledge about sexual transcendent techniques that illuminates.

Sexual energy has a major role in the enlightenment of a person. Here I want to make it clear that enlightenment means BE, defined as the Buddha. It turns poison into medicine. Note that I have been referring to sexual energy, and not the sexual act. To work with this energy, the act may or may not occur, and this depends on having a compatible partner who wishes to seek it.

You will find in this book an explanation about the various manifestations of sexuality and its spiritual causes. The intention is to help everyone to be free of fears and qualms about their own sexuality and bring an understanding of sexuality to those who read this. Only understanding can bring deliverance.

I want you to understand why you should not repress sexual energy, and how you can attract a partner and enjoy an affectionate/sexual relationship in full.

We will also consider all the forms of perversion of energy, including physical, spiritual and psychological, that it can cause. In addition, you will learn to enjoy a healthy sex life, understanding that this is an indispensable energy to our happiness and fulfillment, and begin to see it as it really is: without masks, a sacred energy. 1 - Free to Feel

Sexual energy affects all areas of our lives, as well as our thoughts and feelings, defining their quality. It is clear that a person who has a good relationship with their sexuality becomes better at work, in relationships and in their studies. When this energy is raised to the level of the head, through your control, and not only kept to the genitals, it can lubricate, clean and open the chakras, allowing the energy to flow to the whole body, enabling life to flow better. Health and beauty are also maximized. All that just through the balance of sexual energy, which is so important.

People who have had good sex during life are younger. I refer to quality and not quantity. A holistic orgasm, that affects the spirit, mind and body, once a week or a fortnight can be much more beneficial than daily sex that has no spirit.

Always seek wholeness. This does not depend on having a partner, in the eyes of spirituality that has no importance. You can achieve this alone or with the help of a sex toy that maximizes the effects of the orgasm and sexually fulfills you. The great Beings approve of this attitude because they know about the importance of that energy and the need for it to be crafted. You may have a lover or a partner who you love so much, but that does not satisfy you sexually, so why not make use of these toys? Maybe you need to talk about it with one another to improve this aspect of your relationship, and perhaps your partner is not willing to work at it. If this is the case, meeting up can be a solitary experience, which may or may not be communicated to your partner, and if there is opposition on his/her part, that is not your problem. Your problem is your evolution and your happiness.

A person who does not have a good relationship with their own sexuality does not evolve. This aspect has been denied for millennia, and sexuality has been set aside as being something dirty and sinful. This has to begin to change and this change will come about when you honor this energy as being sacred and are willing to work on it until you have total control over it, rather than letting it dominate you. It is an exercise and much more, and very pleasurable. It has to be; the rewards are immense, especially in your consciousness.

2 - Attention to Desire

Without a partner, the sexual energy can be awakened and can arise through meditation or masturbation. For most of the unmarried population, who are balanced and not in monasteries, it is easier through masturbation.

This should be an act more energetic than physical. It is a spiritual gesture, be sure of that. No matter where your thoughts are – because with time and with the right practice you will realize that this will become an act of union with your Higher Self – for the energy stimulated in the right way is so intense that all thinking which is not aligned is swept from your mind as well as the unwanted energies that may be present in your vibrational field and your chakras. The power is very intense. Over time you will notice that you do not need to do this every day, because the energy will last for a few days and keep you satiated.

The important thing is that you find your way of touching, pleasing yourself, and then have the energy circulating throughout your body: energy cannot be restricted to the genital area, it has to involve your whole body and your thinking has to be connected to it. Find a thought that makes you awaken this energy, and then come back to yourself, feel the energy awakening and gradually spreading throughout the body. Allow yourself time and especially freedom to achieve that moment, a moment of unity when you meet with yourself and your
