    Casting Shadows

    Flickering candle in the hall

to this vast mansion standing tall

The people they come and go

    casting shadows on the wall

    I sit there in space-time

    writing down the lines

    Thinking about it all

    in amazement, it does enthral…

    There is no mind

    yet a beating heart

    To the tune of which

    casting shadows on the wall

    I sit there in space-time

    writing down the lines

    Thinking about it all

Here’s a view of the world

through my new shades with tinted glass –

    I don’t think it will

but sure like it to last

    - Every one is unique – the way that we look, the way we speak

But we all close our eyes – at night when we sleep

So hold on tight to the good

    memories and the times

    & things that you’ve seen

Experience says’ ‘it’s good to have a dream’

Here’s a view of the world

through my new shades with tinted glass

    I better do it now
