INTRODUCTION

Life on Earth is beginning to change in a dramatic way. Old structures and beliefs that have served humanity for a very long time no longer support an emerging consciousness. Many are beginning to experience a spiritual awakening, and it can feel overwhelming at times. Humanity is being offered a new relationship with Spirit, one that honors the sovereign and independent nature of your soul. This relationship represents a new type of freedom that isn’t based on compromise, sacrifice, or struggle. This new freedom isn’t something you must pursue; it doesn’t require you to first demonstrate that you deserve to receive such a gift. Rather, it represents your birthright, and it resides at the very core of your soul. It is often referred to as your divine or sacred nature. In this book, we will call it your God Self.

The teachings of Michael represent a universal perspective that supports the birthright of every living being to live life as a sovereign being. These teachings have served me during my darkest hours and times of bliss. They embrace a very simple truth: You are Spirit also! This divine consciousness doesn’t really care about your past from a place of judgment. Its love for you is unconditional. It simply wants to be with you just as you are in this moment. It has taken me countless lifetimes to accept that this is real. It’s not something any of us can honestly say we’ve experienced with another human being.
