The book presents practical definitions of fear along with key insights into how to discover the causes of fear and what to do about conquering fear.

Edward "Ed" Phelps is a marketer, designer, visionary and author. I write on marketing, design, politics, and self awareness. My new book "Finding The Fear Channel, How To Find And Conquer Fear" was written to help others discover fear in their lives, and provide a clear approach for changing the channel. The book is based on my own personal journey dealing with my own fears.
