Names like Sacramento, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Santa Fe, Santa Ana, Santa Monica in the west, and Ephrata, St. Mary's, Maryland, Bethesda (in Arkansas, Maryland and Ohio), Bethlehem (in Georgia, Indiana, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, and Ohio), St. Lawrence, St. Michael, St. Thomas, Nazareth (in Kentucky, Pennsylvania and Texas), Jerusalem (in Arkansas and Ohio), in the East and southeast. The list goes on and on.
