About this ebook
A castaway was picked up from a completely white boat and brought to a completely white city. Here he came to discover the city of Snow, where everyone is called Snow and everybody and everything is so white as to appear luminous. The castaway discovered that the inhabitants only live thanks to the light that they emit and that they only have one natural enemy; Moon, who instead coexists with the darkness. He also discovers that the neighbours of this particular city are all the fantastic creatures who have fled persecution by humans and who live there hidden by the bright light of Snow. At this point a problem arises; in fact while Sun faces the planet, instead of seeing nothing as usual, in as much as the bright light simply seems an empty place, he sees a little dark speck; a human. So Sun alerts Moon to the discovery, who approaches to verify it. At this point the inhabitants are at risk of death and it will be their guest who will save them with the help of the fantastical creatures.

A CITY CALLED SNOW
Chapter 1
Not everyone knows that there is a city called Snow, which still exists today, on a remote little island in a faraway sea.
This little city is completely white. The houses are white, the trees are white, the animals are white and even its citizens are white. For this reason they all wear sunglasses, all the time, yes they do, because otherwise everyone would have sore eyes because of the glaring brightness.
You should also know that in the city of Snow everyone is called Snow.
Now try and imagine the chaos when they have to talk to each other; Excuse me Snow, have you seen Snow by any chance?
And never mind the schoolteachers; every time they call a pupil during the break, they all turn round, all of them!
The situation with documents in the Registry Office is even worse; all the documents are the same and when they go to report to the police for crossing a white traffic light, the policeman has no problem knowing the name of the culprit, but he still asks for his driving licence.
Oh yes, I forgot to tell you that colours don’t exist here, that’s why I told you about the traffic light and the white one at the top. It works like this; they know it’s green when the white light at the bottom is on; it’s yellow when the middle one is on and it’s red when it’s the one at the top.
At this point you will ask yourselves what colour are the sunglasses? Well, maybe you might not believe me, but they are white as well, including the lenses.
Now you’ll be wondering how it was that
