Dear Friend, permit me to call you friend because by the end of this journey, that’s what I hope we will become. For now, think of us as sitting down and chatting one friend to another. As someone who has been on both sides and made a lifelong study of success, permit me to help you understand what it takes to break free of the day in, day out, go to work, get a paycheck, and there’s still always more month than money, 40 year rut plan, routine! What follows in this short E-book is enough to get you started on your journey out of the rat race and being able to live life on YOUR terms, not your boss’s or your company’s terms. If you enjoy getting up every morning at 5:00AM and going in to work – God Bless You! Because the fact is, we will always need farmers, doctors, nurses, and bus drivers etc. to make the world go round. But there’s no reason why, if you start early enough, that you need to work the 40 year rut plan until you get old enough for Social Security, retire and die. Or, if you’ve already put in 30 years or more and don’t see any way you’ll have put away enough cash to retire on, there’s still hope. In either case it requires YOU to GET INTO ACTION.

The reason I wrote this book was to help change the direction of this country. It’s so sad, that in a country of untold opportunity, so many people live in lack, waiting on a meager public assistance check or an unemployment check, or selling their souls and freedoms in return for a paycheck. How sad being unemployed for almost two years and the time running out on unemployment benefits and no hope of finding a job. Worse yet is spending 30 years on a job, then being downsized out, or working all your life and when you retire, there’s not enough money to live on. The fact is people are hurting financially because of many reasons, but it really boils down to two reasons, lack of knowledge or lack of ambition. Hopefully this book will provide the start to gain the knowledge to succeed, and provide the motivation to get you to take ACTION.

This book will lay out some condensed information and the beginning steps of helping you formulate a plan to achieve whatever you desire. I’m on my way and I know that if you apply these same principles, you too, can soon
