Chloe hung up quickly and paced across her living room floor. The apartment she shared with Ben had once felt spacious compared to New York spaces, but now it felt claustrophobic and she tugged at her shirt in annoyance. Chloe had screwed up too; there was no doubt about it. She had just left the bed of Finn Harrison, one of the biggest movie stars in Hollywood. She was smart to have hung up before Finn picked up the phone. The last thing she needed was to bring Finn into this mess she had created.

Ignoring him, she threw her cell phone charger into her bag along with her script.
