Tanya Jopson was born in London, England, and spent years on the west coast of Ireland. By eighteen, she had had enough, threw her door-key behind her and left for good. In putting this book together, I have endeavored to say only that which I feel would inspire at any moment of the day. In doing so, I hope that there is much in these pages that will add to the collective expression that we are all inspired, creative and limitless beings, very much open to an existence that is teeming with life beyond the confines of our predominantly physical-sense existence. We co-express, co-create and co-exist as ONE.

1. Our Thoughts Travel as a Wave of Vibration

There are no private thoughts; our thoughts travel as a wave of Vibrational Energy. They create, manifest or cause chaos. Think about what you think about, while you are thinking it, and, if you desire an adjustment, draw on the Heart-Space Vibrations to sprinkle love into your thoughts.

Every thought we have adjusts our brainwaves, which then emit Mental Body Vibrations to the world. We can selectively choose which thoughts to power-up when we move to an awareness of our own thinking. Thoughts travel as waves and enter our mental space through the act of transference. Entertaining every single thought that our Mental Body Vibrations come into contact with can elicit a chatterbox-type of mind-space.

Within any given moment, we have the power to use attention, or observation, toward a thought. In employing attention, we fuel that thought with our Life-Source Energy, and it expands to become content in our everyday reality. By merely observing a thought, we allow it to dissolve back into the mental energy matrix from whence it came.

All thoughts vibrate, and then move into pre-creating form; they are either serving of what we wish to authentically live in our reality, or they are non-serving, and keep us trapped in an illusion.

Ask yourself, without any limits, programming or beliefs, what is it that you would aspire to? Then go ahead and free yourself, by simply thinking those thoughts. As a divine expression, we can think like the Creator and find ourselves aligned to the Higher Self, or I AM presence, at which point we live a joyful, loving, peaceful and creative life.

2. We Draw Energy From Our Higher Self

Within all of us is access to the Vibrational Consciousness of a harmonious life; if the outer world seems a little chaotic, we can intentionally draw energy from our inner Higher Self. This energy is our expression to the world. Higher Self energy transforms chaos.

Turning within to that Vibrational Layer which is of direct oneness with the Source of all life, we place our attention on the energy of Pure Potential. Playing in the vibrations of this space is akin to being a child splashing in the ocean on a warm, sunny day. The moment is timeless, and free of the density that comes when we engage the mind in remembering the rules and constructs of the life we have come to know.

Our Higher Self is free of -isms and ideas about how everything should be, as it creates that which is exciting and joyful to experience. It creates entirely in the moment, just as a child would leave the water, to undertake the building of a sandcastle.

Higher Self is just that; it is we tuned to a higher dimension, a dimensional space that vibrates at a Higher Energetic Frequency than the constructs of physical reality in this moment. The states of being when we embody these Higher Vibrations are then brought forth into our everyday life.

We perceive with the love vision of the Divine, and with what we feel and know, that, inherent in all life, is a beautiful spirit essence that moves as a wave to touch all others with inspiring acceptance and love. What we emit vibrationally from a cleared Energy-Body is then mirrored back to us through the eyes as the windows of our soul. All that we send out, we, in turn, receive.

3. We All Express Divine Energy Whilst We Live on Earth

Connecting with our inner reality increases the flow of the Creator’s Energy Frequency. You are an expression of this Divine Energy on earth, in all that you say, think, feel and do. The Creator’s Energy is Love; this, we are still learning, and can be shared everywhere.

The Creator’s Spirit/Energy is constantly infusing our Human Energy-Body with its Higher Vibrational Frequency. We are the ones who alter that infusion. As this energy passes through our veil, or perception of reality, it comes into contact with the beliefs we have about life itself.

So, as we receive the Energy of Pure Potentiality, which can be used in any way we choose, we need to learn to use this precious gift in a way that best matches and harmonizes with it.

This energy is not limited in what it can do; it is the awesome Energy of the most intelligent, creative and loving God of all Creation. In harmonizing with this Energy, you, too, will come to see yourself as One with this most intelligent, creative and loving Presence. Anything else that you tell yourself, other than this Truth, is not a match to the Energy you are freely given from the Creator.

If you feel you are not yet free to claim your oneness and harmony with the Love of the Creator, then ask to whom is your allegiance given? Live is lived for the Creator, and, in so doing, it automatically serves all of mankind.

4. Our Inner-Energy State Defines What We Experience

Allow the judgments from others to sail on by, because it is our inner world state that defines what we experience externally, find the beauty and love within and just learn how to flow this out.

When faced with a judgment or even tempted to make one, stop for a moment and know that it is only the reaction of our mental body, which would actually engage in any form of judgment. We may find our-self as the target of judgment, when another person momentarily compares the reality of our existence to their own.

The same holds true for the judgments that we make. We use our judgments to compare, and we do this often in a way that causes a divide between our-self and what we judge.

Find that inner energy matrix that exists and connects all people, and feel the unity and inclusiveness, that only manifests as acceptance of other people, just as they are in this moment.

Compassion will wash away any judgment, leaving us feeling the light and love of a connected state with another person as well as with their purpose. This purpose is connected to our own, especially since we are all living life as someone who is contributing to the clarification an understanding of the creative expression of Divine consciousness.

5. Is It for the Good of All Concerned?

We are all connected: one big happy family; within us, the Creator’s presence empowers our thoughts. When we engage the process of thinking, we can ask, Is it for the good of all concerned? and then act in alignment with the answer being, Yes!- love and light for a harmonious day.

Within every experience there is potential to inspire, assist, help, guide and love those who are sharing the experience with us. Often we do not see that we have this sort of choice, as we are in a reactionary place when it comes to our experiences.

How do we come to a position of progressing with the empowered intelligence of the Creator’s presence? We train our thoughts to be of a quality that the Creator would use.

An awesome, empowered, and creative Being thinks differently from someone that has low self-esteem, depressive thoughts and feels as though they are a victim to circumstances. We all may, at times, have experiences that feel disempowering, but it is only the way that we think about those situations that keep them at a non- serving vibration.

Choose to train your thoughts, and just as a body-builder chooses to train his muscles, you eventually reap the rewards of your own thoughts transforming into more powerful creative conceptualization.

6. You Are Greater than Your Trials and Tribulations

From our intention to have less attachment to trials and tribulations, we uncover the spiritual presence that we all can intuit as real.

Being engaged in any situation means we are energetically merged with that situation and our Energy-Body is now powerfully commingled with the dynamics of what is occurring around us.

This is great, provided we are in a place of thoroughly enjoying the situations that we have manifested, but can feel heavy and full of struggle if we have manifested scenarios of pain and suffering.

All of our scenarios of pain and suffering do have a Divinely inspired gift, that of allowing us to see, that we are presently losing alignment with the frequency or essence, of our own spirit-self.

We can, therefore, use that very moment to assess what action we are able to take in order to bring ourselves back into alignment with the Creator’s presence within us.

We are not a prisoner of that which we are experiencing, because life itself is fluid and changes often, and we can learn to move out of any energy vortex in which we find ourselves caught. Cultivate a strong, powerful state of confident connection with the Creator until your Energy-Body easily detaches from any eternal experience; this allows you to make choices regarding any situation from that confident connection to the greatest power in the Universe.

7. The Creator is the Provider and Guide of Our Life

We are a blessing just the way we are – the Creator is the provider and guide of our life- and our gratitude shows life as a blessing.

One of the biggest shifts that we manifest in order to raise our Energy-Body Vibration to a Higher Frequency is to acknowledge that we are a blessing just the way we are.

Our mind may conclude, or acquire from association with others, that we are less than perfect. This train of thought is an illusion, and one that keeps us from claiming our perfection and, therefore, joyfully living with that perspective.

When we show gratitude for even the small things that occur in our everyday life, we salute the power of the universe to shift our energy to one of abundance.

This act of gratitude aligns with a High Vibrational flow of supply so that we receive even for which to be grateful. Being grateful that, in this moment, you are perfect, flawless and abundant, regardless of what your mind or other people are throwing at you, connects you directly with Source, that which created you in all of your Divine glory.

In every moment, you have the ability be a blessing, when you accept that you are a Divine inspiration, by surrendering to the Divine to guide your days, and forgoing the mind-of-man to define who you are.

8. Transformation Starts in the Mind

Matter is spirit manifest; whatever the mind conceives, if fueled with emotional energy, will happen. Your self- transformation starts in the mind, re-vibrating your Emotional Body with the necessary frequency, needed to carry forward the transformation of you, so you uncover more and more of who you actually are.

One thought is all it takes to start an energy movement that concludes in physical manifestation. Yet a thought, minus the emotional energy to carry it forward, will rarely make it to manifestation.

The correlation of thought and emotional energy strengthens the alchemization of energy into matter regardless of the momentary vibrational alignment. Often we still carry an emotional signature that was acquired in childhood and this signature affects us even today.

It is by releasing this acquired signature vibration that allows us to soar to greater heights, and in so doing, we find ourselves playing in the realms of an existence about which we may have only dreamed.

9. Harmony with Spirit is Love

Harmonize thought and emotion and you move into heart-guided living;- Spirit is Love.

Grab a thought, fill it with love, and it will serve a good purpose. It is very difficult to keep thinking thoughts of low vibrational content when you yourself operate from the Vibrational Energy of your heart-space.

Thinking and feeling along the lines of that which is good for all concerned, or that which serves to reflect the significance of all interactions, brings us into a harmonious energy place.

From harmony and engaging the vibrations of peace, we grow into experiencing Love within all moments of our day. Spirit moves us and is Love in action, and so are we when we harmonize our physical aspects to oneness with spirit expression.

10. We Are Infinitely Connected Spirit Persons, And Our Energy Is Amazing and Contagious

We are all in ascension together, and, as eternal Spirit Beings, our energy is contagious. Get to know the power of the energy that is you; it is indicative of the world you will experience.

We all have the ability to vision life as we want it to be. Our ability to imagine, dream and vision is quite powerful, but when we keep placing our attention on the rigors of the day, our inner vision quietly fades away.

By actively prolonging the moments we hold our vision, and by behaving as if that vision is here and now, the actual reality that we want to live is fueled with our own channel of Life-Source Energy. Our vision, supported by Life-Source Energy, then becomes manifest.

The power we have to envision and fuel alters the vibration of our Human Energy-Body. From this state, we send continuous waves of creation, and, presto life re-forms into our vision.

Claiming our God-given power to be a co-creator within all of our experiences heightens our co-creativeness. Because of that, we see that our role in humanity is one that truly serves all people, and not only the small self-space that we occupy. We then grasp that what we do affects the whole, - without our participation, the whole is not complete - and we play a better game of life, confidently expressing our unique, divine gift.

11. Focus on Love, Inspiration, Acceptance and Joy

If we focus on the aspiration to love, to accept and to work with gladness in our heart, then everywhere we go, we infuse that environment with an energy frequency of confident, inspiration and growth toward magnifying those qualities.

Place your focus on the traits and emotions that will raise your frequency to one that shares the gift of inspiration and growth. No matter what the task you have in hand, it becomes a long drawn-out process when you participate in it with the weight of a negative outlook.

We can, due to our free will, move through any situation with gladness in our heart. The simplicity of singing lightens any load, and an attitude of gratitude can be easily employed in any moment.

We decide where to focus our attention, which then opens the passage for energy-waves, to fuel where we have placed our attention. Good or bad is fueled by the same energy; we are the deciding factor of what appears.

If what we wish to see as real is now only a vision, we must know, emphatically, that we do have the power to birth it into form; we initiate the actions and continue without looking back and, one day our vision surrounds us NOW.

12. Our Inner-World Holds Every Conceivable Possibility for Our Life

The inner-world endows far more power to manifest; it holds every conceivable possibility for our life, and we may pick and choose which possibility to try.

Going within, as in spending still quiet moments switched off from the hustle and bustle of our day, leads us to the realm of infinite possibilities.

The external world entertains limits and boundaries that we have actively participated in creating. The inner world is free of this illusion, and guides our vision to perceiving beyond the boundaries of a reality we now maintain.

All brilliance and growth that have been given to humanity have come from the Energy Frequency level of this inner world existence. This is because we can connect with, and draw toward us, the intuitive guidance to compose a shift toward that which is greater for us in this moment. We can tune into the awesome intelligence of the Creator and receive guidance to act in a manner that displays creation, beauty and love as the underlying essence of all that we do.

What are the heartfelt possibilities that we wish to engage in? They await our presence in the stillness of acceptance, and heartfelt possibilities and are that which resonates to bring us joy and excitement as we move toward manifesting their form in physical reality.

13. We Can Choose to Venture Beyond the Confines of Our Own Skin

We can choose to venture beyond the confines of our own skin, and move as an Essence of Vibrational Energy. We can know and be as the unseen existence that we term as Spirit, we can if we accept that we are free.

We are Spirit with a human projection. We have demonstrated that we can fully experience life as this human being; we can now experience life in a new way.

Life exists regardless of the physical body because life is energy, and energy is neither created nor destroyed; it simply changes form.

To feel the fluidity and the expansiveness of life as our unseen presence or as our Higher-Self, we must detach from any idea that asserts leaving the physical body results in our death.

We do not have to die, to experience a state of formlessness, but we have to vibrate with an intention of doing so. The physical body exists because it was formed into being from the Life-Source Energy of the Creator. We are a spiritual element of that Life-Source energy; we have never separated from it. Therefore, as one with it, we can move in the style and manner of it, and explore the unseen realms of formless living.

14. Our Perception of Reality is Real and Can Also Be Cleared

Humanity is changing. Where you see yourself amidst that change is either empoweringly exciting or fearfully frightening to you. Your perception is real and can be cleared, when you become aware that thoughts, words, emotions, actions, items, places and other people all carry an Energy Frequency, which potentially affects your own Energy-Body.

Everything in existence is created from the energy waves of our Source Creator, the only difference is the frequency of the thing itself.

We have a signature frequency and our Energy-Body vibrates in alignment to this frequency. How we choose to perceive life alters our Energy-Field, simply because how we see life is indicative of our energy at a set frequency level.

Between you as, the I AM presence, - Spirit Essence - and the you who functions in the material world, is a layer of energy known as our perception, or the veil.

All content from the spirit world passes through our perception, or the veil, and all content from the physical world is thus assumed by our perception or the veil.

Low, dense-energy blocks the lighter energy of our Higher Spirit existence from shining light into our everyday life. However, we can clear our perception when we work on our own thoughts, emotions, and actions, so that we permanently clear and free our self from the illusion that there is anything more significant than the Source-Energy, from which we are created.

15. I Can Change the Problem, When I Take Ownership of It

The best years in your life are the ones in which you decide your problems are your own. You do not blame them on your mother, the ecology, or the president; you realize that you control your own destiny. – Albert Ellis

To admit that we often blamed others for the situation that we are in puts us in a far greater position of empowerment than if we deny that we blame.

It is a misappropriation of energy, to look for someone or something to blame when you find yourself in an unwanted experience. By simply declaring that you are responsible for the experience that you are living in this moment, you center your energy and are now able to alter that which is unwanted.

An empowered person takes full responsibility and therefore quickly declares they originated the intention of the situation, bringing it into manifest form, well before someone who is still looking where to place their energy as blame.

People who blame others for the content that occurs within their life give their supply of creative Life-Source Energy to those other people.

16. Smile All Day and Feel as Your Own Vibrations Slowly Inch a Little Higher

Sprinkle your life with some Yahoo's! The universe will respond with, Give them some more of whatever got that kind of reaction. Yahoo!

The days of a child are peppered with shrieks of glee and dance-able moments, spontaneous actions that reek of care-freedom. What is it that was added to our adult days that made us put the shrieks and dance moments away?

Along came time frames, and the pressure to live up to what others said we should do. Along came the story that society urged us to model and live. Along came our own mind to limit our expression, mostly because we did not want to stand out from the crowd. We blended in with a mass matrix of a compliant energy consciousness, which ultimately squelched the glee and the dance.

Our authenticity waned, and our freedom of expression shrunk, until one day while portraying the story that society gave us, we forgot, where we buried the infinite spirit of
