In the background of all this I write music reviews with thirty to forty albums per month and live shows when I can get to them. I also write an irregular webzine called Beyond, all about progressive metal band Threshold.

      Introduction

      I first wrote proper poetry in the late 1980s. I have had a few published and even tried to tout my work to a few smaller houses but sadly they were all looking for female poets at the time! I’ve sat on those early ones ever since but inspired by publishing my first novel I thought this would be a good time to show them the light of the wider world.

      A few of these have been used by bands for lyrics - if you want to do similar get in touch as I do of course hold copyright on the words. I can’t see any reason why you wouldn’t get permission so just ask! If you have another use in mind get in touch too.

      There isn’t much more to say so read on and enjoy!
