As a hands-on father, business operator, investor, and writer, Min Binning is redefining the idea of the modern man. Min's wife, a busy Doctor, spends much of her day at work, leaving Min to look after their sons, but Min is much more than your average Mister Mom. When he is not busy raising his boys to be responsible little men, Min is involved in several businesses, chairman of his families charitable foundation, has written numerous books and stays sharp by taking continuing education courses.Min has empowered people to achieve peak performance in business, sales, money, teams, relationships and life. He is a co-founder and Director of Kuflink Group Plc, a Bridging and Peer to Peer Investment company. He has helped his own team leaders and local businesses to experience unparalleled personal and financial growth, return on investment and overall happiness. Mins story started when he achieved success by opening several businesses in Hamley's toy store, London. After three further years of success, he then encountered failure in his businesses and all the pain that came with it. He subscribed to many courses and coaching by Tony Robbins, T Harv Eker, Kevin Green, Andy Harrington, and took inspiration from Richard Branson, Sir Alan Sugar and many others. He learned his lessons and went on to a mission to help others not to befall the same fate personally and in business which is very closely related. Now Min is successfully working in the Kuflink Group which consists of a bridging financing company and a peer to peer platform which has won many awards in 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020. Min is also successfully running a property portfolio, and carrying out multiple property developments.As an author, Min has already published three books and has two more in the works. Published books are About to be a Dad - Father to be Guide to Pregnancy; How to be a Manager in these difficult times and; Time management secrets. Although his wife is a successful doctor, she's not the only well-educated family member. Min earned his law degree from Buckingham University, where he graduated second in the year, and in 2019 completed his Legal Practice Course and Masters in Law in The University of Law - LondonMin, with his family, also set up The Kuflink Foundation in 2008. This charity foundation was created to help children in Gravesham, Kent, UK, to stay away from drugs and alcohol and encourage them to use their creative talents in sports, art, etc. The family has contributed over £300,000.00 to buy and refurbish the local county court in Gravesend, Kent, UK.Min's proudest accomplishment isn't his law degree or charity foundation but rather his two boys. He is a father to two very bright sons who constantly challenge him to be the best father he can be. Currently, he is teaching his boys the importance of saving money and has encouraged them to save in different jars. He is also instilling the idea of perseverance and teaching them the importance of practising something every day until they get better.

Introduction
Becoming a manager, and being good at it, are two very different things. Not all people get to become managers, and some that do get the chance might not be right for the job. It takes a special type of person to be able to manage others effectively.

The First Days of Being a Manager
Those who have never managed anyone before are going to be in for a bit of a shock on their first few days and weeks as a manager. It is going to take some time to get comfortable in your own skin as a manager and to learn what type of manager you want to be.
In general, most people believe that there are going to be two basic types of managers. The Tough Manager and the Nice Manager. Each of these stereotypes will seem to have advantages and disadvantages when you first start looking at them. The Nice manager would be a pushover, for example, and the Tough manager would have no respect from employees that he or she treated poorly.
