Chapter 1

Luke eyed the woman in front of him with a stern gaze. The pretty blonde shifted uneasily in her chair. Her hands were clasped in her lap and her head was down. Do you know why I called you in here today? he asked finally. Her blue eyes turned up from where they had been studying her hands.

No sir, Mr. Marks. Stacy said softly. Did I do something wrong?

Our sales figures are down this quarter, he told her. Specifically the ones in your sector. I see they are down by twenty percent from last quarter. He watched her bite her lip. Luke had studied the girl carefully before bringing her to his office. He knew that she had no close family and a staggering student loan. She was young and inexperienced and could not afford to lose this job.

I can do better sir, she promised, thinking he was going to fire her. Stacy knew she had been slipping, allowing distractions to take her away from work.

I’m sure you can, he said. I believe that with the proper motivation you can do much better. Outside he heard his secretary leave for the day. He heard her call someone to hold the elevator and knew that they were almost completely alone on this floor. He had chosen his time wisely. I believe that you are capable of much more than you have done. I also believe that with proper discipline and motivation you can do much better. Are you willing to try? Or should I let you go?

I’m willing to try sir, She told him immediately. I really am. I can do much better.

Good. Luke said. He opened his drawer and pulled out a leather paddle. He placed it on his desk and closed the drawer, studying her reaction. Stacy blushed and looked back down at her hands. Luke smiled gently. He had seen Stacy lurking on the edges of the crowd at The Blue Door and had noticed that even though she had yet to participate, she had eyed the public spankings with a great deal of interest.

Are you willing to try my methods of discipline, motivation and rewards? he asked gently. Stacy blushed and swallowed hard.

Yes sir, she told him. Luke nodded.

Very well, he told her. As punishment for allowing your sales figures to drop by twenty percent this quarter, you will receive a hearty spanking on your bare bottom. Luke began. I have calculated how much of a sales increase you will need each week to make up for the drop. Every Thursday evening you will e-mail me your weekly sales figures. Friday morning, you will come in early. If you have made or exceeded your weekly quota you will be rewarded. If you have not then you will be punished. Does this sound fair to you?

Yes sir, she said softly, her face flushed crimson. Luke could see that her nipples were hard, the points clearly visible under her cotton shirt.

Very well, please stand up. Stacy stood and watched as Luke also stood and walked around the desk.
