wishing

for reprieve

from this sumptuous restriction

hopeful

intuitive

bittersweet contradiction

near

in my visage

desire burning opulence

far

from touch

yet still inciting wantonness

inexorably

divided

is the foregone conclusion

caught

in entanglement

without finite resolution

angst

of desire

wanting so much (more)

torturous

pyre

dying for just one... touch.

lips

tripping over

pouty bottom lips

dripping with sincerity

and missing your kiss

whispering words of forever

pursed in anticipatory

splendor of a little sore and tender

for these lips have never experienced

kissing quite the way you do

first ever so slow and gentle

then fortissimo crescendo

into bruising crushing sweet

tenderness juxtaposed with ferocity

these lips have grown to need...
