About this ebook
Money won in Las Vegas is twice as sweet as money earned. In a Vegas bet there is a fool and a thief. Chasing cards. The gamblers tries to win back gambling losses with more gambling. The subject of gambling is all encompassing. It combines man's natural play instinct with his desire to know about his fate and his future. No wife can endure a gambling husband, unless he is a steady winner. The urge to gamble is so universal and its practice is so pleasurable, that I assume it must be evil. If you must play, decide upon three things at the start: the rules of the game, the stakes, and the quitting time. The Escape. Gamblers continue to gamble to improve their mood and escape their problems. Also associated with the psychology of denial. Gambling: The sure way of getting nothing from something.
Las Vegas mafia sadism is associate with feeling pleasure out of pain. Inflicting pain, humiliation, violent, often sexual aggressive, these dangerous individuals can spontaneous lose control. Compulsive behavior follows them. Their close friends, even family, have to guard themselves, because the fire can flare up without a match. Mafia bosses are aristocrats. Fancy automobiles, suits tailored by smiths specializing in silk, and the lifestyle seemed debonair. Audiences are seduced by the style made famous from the likes of Charlie Luciano, Al Capone, even John Gotti was referred to as the Dapper Don, because of the expensive style in his designs. Dapper Don, Jimmy the Gent, which stands for gentleman, Bugsy Siegel was known for his movie star good looks. John Gotti was a fashion icon in the fashion capital of the world, New York City.
