I read this on paperback a long long time ago and loved it. I wish I had kept them, I had at least three, but I lost them at some point. Now I am reading them on ebook format.Great little story and easy to read. Very unknown series, but worth finding.

I read the first book related to the “The Little Vampire” 17 years ago. After that I persuade my mother to buy me the 13 or 14 available books of the series all together. I still remember being in the fifth grade and during my Easter vacations I was reading 3 books per day.

The series is a delightful story that reveals what a little boy has to deal with when makes friends with a seemingly child-vampire. Chaos ensues with borrowed books, moving coffins, saving the coven, being romantically pursued by the milk-drinking sister of his vampire friend as well as discovering that teenage hood is difficult even for the undead (Even more when you are convinced that you know how to play bowling). The story unravels with each book and each book is addicting. That much that at some point The Little Vampire even goes for psychological support and sun training. Also enjoyable is that you don’t know which one is the antagonist of that little boy. The cemetery keeper with his obsession to extinguish all vampires that occupy his cemetery or aunt Dorothea, a rather glutton vampire firmly dedicated to the “old ways” of bloodsucking?

Personally I’m extremely happy to read the series again after lending my books and probably losing them for ever...
