- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Ury's 2nd in the trilogy. Excellent for practical ways of dealing with difficult people (HCP's). Read after Eddy's High Conflict People.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5I really like this book and think it's quite helpful and includes some very good tips and sound advice. Very valuable, and I would recommend this to anyone who feels the need to be more assertive! Highly recommended!

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5It is an excellent clear, concise abridged audio version of how to negotiate with difficult partners. It overlaps and reinforces “The Power of a Positive No”. While he goes into detail of his five steps he also includes important subtle points like saying “Yes and” instead of “but”. Both above audios are worth listening to more than once.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Am currently dealing with a car dealership regarding my current car and they are not playing nice. One afternoon, I went to the 158.5's and pulled 4 books. This was the best one. I had actually seen someone reading it at the doctor's earlier that morning.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5This book is not quite as good as "Getting to Yes," but it is still worth reading. No matter what field you are in, you will learn communication techniques you will use in every day life.
