The engine of the latest style steamship Forfarshire stopped suddenly at tempestuous night. Darling family was in lighthouse.Could the people who were on the ship survive? I like this story! This story is very thrilling.I regarded the Darling family as very courageous. I recommend to read this book to those who want to feel thrill.

Grace Darling and her father try to help the passengers. For, they work at lighthouse. However, they are not a young boys, but a girl and old man. One day, the big modern ship was broken in two because of the stream. the passengers were on the rock. Can they rescue them...? In my surprised, this is a real story. I thought, she is very brave. So, I was impressed. I recommend this book to you.

Grace Darling is a daughter of a lighthouse keeper.One night she unfortunally found a wrecked ship The Forfarshire.She and her father decided to help the people riding in that ship...I was impressed Grace's courage that she didn't hesitate to go to the rough sea.If I were in her shoes, I cannot act like her.This book was written by two sides(a lighthouse keeper and a wrecked ship people), it made me exciting.

One day the ship that passangers believe it was new and modern, the Forfarshire was wrecked in the terrible storm. Passangers wait for rescue on the rock. Grace Darling is a daughter of a lighthouse keeper. She and her parents prayed that there were no ships on the terrible sea because they don't have any boys. But she found the Forfarshire and passangers. She and the old father have to save them because they can't leave them to die.I'm surprised because this story is a true story. The work of a lighthouse is very hard and dangerous. But Grace didn't give up or escape from saving the passangers. I think if Grace were a boy or a girl, her contribution is wonderful. Her trying to di the best to save people must be worthy of praise and it's not related to sex. She is a brave and great person.

The ship Forfarshire was wrecked off the north-east coast of England in 1838.The wind and the rain were very heavy,but Grace Darling,a lighthouseman's daughter,tried to help the passengers with her father.The ship was broken into the two,and the passengers were on the rock.How could they save the people on the rock...?I'm very impressed with Grace's courage.Althoughshe was a woman,she tried to oar very hard.But why only her name was used for the title of this story?I think her father William,Daniel(one of the passengers on the ship)saved the passengers,too.

This story is a true story that occurs in the sea near Scotland.A state-of-the-art steam ship caused the engine trouble while it was navigating.Can the passenger survive?The passenger have to decide alive or dead.It was dark atmosphere overall but the light of the lighthouse　expressed hope.I was impressed for the scene that people　was able to be courage by Grace Darling and the father's courage.

It was so bad day.The wind was so strong and the sea was really angry. One big steamship was at the sea that day. It was sailing from Hull to Dundee, in Scotland. Althogh the weather was so bad,no one was afraid of angry sea because it was a modern and strong ship. No one expect what happen to this ship....On the other hand, there is a righthouse in Longstone Island. There is a William Darling, amd his wife Thomasin, and their daughter Grace. They light the big lantern of lighthouse everyday. Of course, that bad day..... I think this story was really exciting and thrilling. It isn't difficult English to read, but the story is full of events. I can't be bored because the story develops quickly. And you may finish this book soon because you can't stop reading once you start reading. It is a little short for me, but, it is really good.
