As a full-time RVer and part-time ghost-hunter, I’m drawn to New England. Its history reads like a tome of ghost stories, each town with its own tragic legend. In Maine, the most harrowing of these legends take place in the seaport villages along the Atlantic—an honest and angry ocean that has provided livelihood while taking countless lives along Maine’s coast. If only she could talk. Then, perhaps she could explain one ghost story that’s equally creepy and cryptic: that of the Casco Bay death ship.
